They are one of the world's largest nonprofit photography associations with over 30,000 current members in more than 50 countries.Regional Sales Manager (Central & Eastern)As the Central & Eastern Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee account management, sales generation, customer loyalty, and the development of sales strategies for the Central & Eastern regions, including Canada. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing accounts and expanding the client base with new clients and products. Our product offerings include:Imaging USA booth and sponsorship salesCorporate membershipsDigital advertisingKey ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementSales StrategyProblem SolvingNegotiation & Issue ResolutionProcess AdherenceWhat you needMinimum 5 years of proven sales success – preferably in advertising, publication, event sales and/or sponsorshipsProven experience selling products to customersExperience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemExperience with various advertising and marketing channelsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Job ResponsibilitiesTrack, report, and maintain records and information for a designated territoryLead efforts in prospecting and acquiring new customers within the assigned geographyDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders among past, current, and potential customersOversee all aspects of the sales process, including relationship building, package development to meet customer needs, and sales generationSell all company products to industry-related vendors, including display ads, tradeshow sponsorship and booth sales, association sponsorship, corporate membership, and online/web-based advertisingActively contribute to the development of new products and processes within the sales departmentCreate and adapt sales pitches and proposals based on the specific needs and interests of clientsPossess knowledge of various advertising and marketing channels as they relate to campaignsTravel frequently throughout the assigned territory and to industry eventsRefer opportunities for product and service growth to the Director for evaluationManage the implementation of new customers to ensure a smooth transitionEnter and maintain all client data in CRM and/or databasePerform other duties as assignedAdditional InformationFull-time / ExemptLocation: Onsite Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays.
