Your Responsibilities

* Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR's opportunities and gauge their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with leads to foster their interest and enhance their hiring experience

* Ensure that all records in our applicant tracking system are accurate and up to date

* Generate commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and hires linked to your efforts

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
