• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our expert recruiters for further evaluation
• Regularly follow up to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
• Ensure precise and current documentation within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful hires stemming from your initiatives
