**Experience Required:** - 1 year of L&D and mother baby experience required. - Experience working between L&D and Mother Baby units. - Must be comfortable with the prison population. - Traveler will be working between L&D and Mother Baby. **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - CPI (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI) - NIH - AWHONN Intermediate - NRP - STABLE **Licensure:** - Valid TN state license or compact multi-state license required at time of submission. - Current Nursys report required; license must be active. No pending licenses accepted. **Skills Required:** - Circulate for C-section - Labor & Delivery - LDRP - Mother/Baby - Triage of obstetrical patients - Use of External Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) **Travel Experience:** - 1st-time travelers and locals accepted at the same rate. **Vaccinations:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. **Orientation:** - Orientation shifts are split into two 8-hour shifts, followed by two 12-hour shifts with the department. - Orientation Hours: 24 **Other Submission Requirements:** - All certifications must be included in the submission packet; some roles may allow pending certifications if they can be obtained prior to start. - Submission via the Qualivis Submission Form, including rate, start date, shift, and all RTO. **Compliance:** - HealthStream pass/fail exams must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. - All compliance requirements are due 12 days prior to start. - Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing.
