Direct patient care may include assessment, monitoring, and recording and reporting patients condition. Profession RN collaborates with care team participates in interdisciplinary care and advocates for patients./ppstrongRoles and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliProfessional RN Demonstrates: time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization/liliAssessment, monitoring, recording and reporting changes in patients conditions./liliAdvocates for patients, practices ethically and professionally within their scope./liliMaintains clinical competency specific to their care areas including organization-required education within stated timeframe./liliCoordinates care with interdisciplinary team/liliDocuments appropriately and thoroughly in EMR./liliPromotes EBP and best practices related to patient care./liliParticipated in unit councils and staff meeting./li/ulpstrongRequired Skills and Experience:/strong/pulliGraduate of Registered Nursing Program/liliCurrent NYS RN licensure/li/ulpstrongPreferred Skills and Experience:/strong/pulliPrior patient care and customer service experience/liliAs required in care area may include CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS or specialty certification/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliMay require lifting (up to 50 lbs), may require sitting or standing for long periods.
