Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and control systems.
• Execute repairs and component replacements for various production assets.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery or automation systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLC software).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and reporting.
• Ability to interpret and update electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
