Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Norton Shores that are seeking Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational costs.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and inventory control
• Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and other lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental compliance standards relevant to manufacturing operations
