Lifetime Stress Relief is hiring! We are looking for an internal project manager to join our team and help us increase our capacity for new clients, manage quality control, and periodically ensure all our systems are optimized. 

\n

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, proactive in finding solutions, enthusiasm for assisting business owners, experience with systems development and project management, and a desire to perform excellent work.

✅Requirements for this position:

\n

\n
• Must be located in the United States, and legally allowed to work in the US. 
\n
• Fast/Usable internet.
\n
• Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and politely.
\n
• Comfortable with handling client meetings on your own.
\n
• A professional/clean space to take client calls without distractions. 
\n
• Great time management - able to get things done on time, and also plan out different projects between different clients all on one timeline.
\n
• Extreme attention to detail - this is where we make or break the trust our clients have in us.
\n

\n

✅Technical requirements:

\n

\n
• Team Management experience - 2 years minimum. 
\n
• Expert experience with google and microsoft suites. 
\n
• Expert experience using a project management system (Asana, Click up, Monday.com etc,) A course management system (Kajabi, Learnworlds, Zenler, Thinkific, Dubsado, etc.) and website building platforms like Square, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, etc.
\n
• Marketing knowledge (Understanding a high-level funnel, email marketing, social media marketing, and ideal client avatars.)
\n
• Business knowledge about common sales, marketing, and delivery practices. 
\n

Tasks that you may be doing on a day-to-day basis:

\n

\n
• Reviewing our project management system and making sure that nothing is over due, no information is missing, and everything is tagged correctly daily. 
\n
• Checking all client projects and communication channels daily for any open loops/unclear asks. 
\n
• Supporting our team in coordinating client projects and the best way to complete them. 
\n
• Optimizing all our client and internal processes.
\n
• Ensuring client requests are within our scope, or flagging for the CEO. 
\n
• Client zoom meetings.
\n
• Project Management tasks and following up on projects to ensure they are moving forward every day - This is one of our core business philosophies.
\n
• Support in creating/updating SOPs and new systems - we are ALWAYS updating our SOPs as systems change and evolve.
\n
• Ensuring that every client hears from us each day with an update on work or requesting info needed to complete current tasks. We want all clients to feel supported and hear from us daily. 
\n
• Looking for additional tasks we can take over for our clients to increase our scope.
\n
• Ability to recommend platforms for clients - for CRM’s, email marketing, project management, communication, and websites. 
\n
• Working directly with the CEO to improve/develop systems internally and externally. 
\n
• Helping prep for team meetings. 
\n
• Creating monthly reports to send to clients. 
\n
• Other tasks as needed. 
\n

\n

The project manager will be supporting our team, and working closely with the CEO in a supportive role. The main goal will be quality control for all internal and client-facing tasks and deliverables. 

\n

\n

Role Type: W2 employee with 90 day probationary period.

\n

The initial engagement would be for a period of three months. At the conclusion of this period, we will review performance and the company needs to determine if we would like to continue the relationship, extend the probationary period, or close the relationship. 

\n

Payment will be made monthly. We will have a monthly project rate based on $20/hour for each client or project. 

\n

\n
