Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, ensuring clients receive tailored support.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, utilizing our telehealth platform to deliver effective care to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in your state of practice, with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
