Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Role Overview Graham Healthcare Group is hiring an After‑Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position located in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. The role provides end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes within the North Huntingdon area. It is a full‑time, ongoing position of 40 hours per week, with an 8‑hour shift structure. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Respond to after‑hours and on‑call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time. Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Work independently while coordinating with the hospice team to ensure continuous, high‑quality care. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the position is located. Minimum of two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations. Successful completion of a drug screen, part of the background process that includes medical and recreational marijuana screening. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
