National Account Manager
Our client is an environmentally-friendly packaging company dedicated to providing a wide range of sustainable packaging and shipping materials for ecommerce, retailers, and enterprises. As a National Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to maintaining long-term customer relationships with medium and enterprise-level customers. You will be responsible for promoting an extensive range of packaging products, requiring creativity and a keen eye for designing beautiful and unique packaging solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Provide creative packaging solutions to customers, leveraging their extensive product range.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and articulate the value of their products
- High level of enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for sustainable practices.
- Commitment to sales success and an eagerness to contribute to the company's mission and financial growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
$60k base salary, depending on experience
$80k-$110k first year OTE
Uncapped commission potential that is paid on lifetime revenue, offering scalability and earning potential.
M/D/V benefits
Hybrid schedule with 3 days reporting to the Louisville office, 2 days work-from-home
