Senior Financial Analyst Joints Commercial

DePuy Synthes seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Joint Reconstruction US Commercial team across multiple locations. The role involves financial forecasting, business partnership, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial performance and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles and assess internal and external risks
Deliver executive-level analysis and communication on business results and financial drivers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, demand planning, marketing, and pricing to identify opportunities
Support monthly sales reporting, SOX compliance, pricing analysis, and quarterly close activities
Challenge business assumptions and develop alternative scenarios to inform leadership decisions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum three years of finance, business, or leadership experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Experience with SAP, JDE, TM1, Alteryx, or Power BI preferred
CPA, MBA, or CMA certification preferred
