Expansion- will be managing a newly created team of 12 to 14 Therapy Development Reps throughout the country (Navy Seal Team) MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from accredited reputable institutionA minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales leadership within the Urology space or Operating RoomStart-up company experience leading a team selling disruptive surgical technologyExperience manging representatives introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based sellingLeading a high performing team with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic areaLeadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associationsWorking for a publicly traded surgical robotics company Call Points: Urologists Region: US COMPENSATION: Competitive- Uncapped, RSU's fully vested after four years, $700.00 car allowance, Full expenses, 401K matching, medical/dental, etc.
