Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities that reflect best practices in mental health treatment.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Educate and support patients and their families, providing resources and strategies for managing mental health conditions effectively.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and stay informed about current research and treatment developments in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
