Cybersecurity And Strategic Risk Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity & Strategic Risk Leader to serve as a Delivery Manager within our Cybersecurity Team. This hybrid leadership role combines strategic advisory with program delivery management, requiring deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity Advisory & Strategy Provide executive-level advisory on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, and Cloud Security (AWS, Azure). Develop and implement security strategies, architectures, and governance models for global organizations. Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection, threat intelligence, DevSecOps, CNAPP, API security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, NIST). Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and publications. Design secure authentication models, predictive analytics, and centralized identity frameworks for hybrid environments. Delivery Management – Cybersecurity Programs Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs, including planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting. Manage a delivery portfolio exceeding $10M across clients in financial services and healthcare sectors. Oversee successful execution of 20+ cybersecurity engagements, ensuring adherence to SLAs, budgets, and client satisfaction metrics. Direct globally distributed teams, fostering performance optimization and skill development. Maintain stakeholder alignment with business and security objectives through effective communication and reporting. Implement tools and dashboards to monitor project health, resource utilization, and key performance indicators. Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity advisory and delivery leadership. Strong background in IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt, CA/Broadcom), cloud-native security, and strategic program management. Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts with annual scopes exceeding $30M. Proven ability to scale cybersecurity delivery functions in dynamic environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity and client-facing advisory roles.
