Desktop Support Specialist - Onboarding & IT Helpdesk

American Regent is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist to manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices and software across the organization. You will onboard/offboard users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure security controls are followed while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role provides Tier 1–2 support for ARI applications, supports VPN/MFA, Office 365, and service desk tooling (ServiceNow), maintains asset inventory and #J-18808-Ljbffr americanregent
