Cardinal Staffing is hiring entry level PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATORS for a book publishing company located in Brimfield, OH.
Shift: 1st Shift -12 hr. days requiredThursday -Saturday every other Wednesday 8a-8p Job Summary In this hands-on production role, you will work alongside high-speed printing and bindery equipment to help produce books, publications, and other printed materials. The primary responsibility is keeping production equipment supplied with printed materials and ensuring products move smoothly through the manufacturing process. No previous printing or bindery experience is required. Training is provided. Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, packaging, assembly, or production experience is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Feed printed pages, book sections, and other materials into production machinery.
• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
• Keep machines continuously supplied with the appropriate materials.
• Watch equipment and materials for proper operation and product flow.
