Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster engagement and progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and treat client mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting techniques as necessary based on client responses.

• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with legal and ethical standards for documentation.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and professionals to refer clients to external specialists when needed.

Qualifications\n

• Active State Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
