Conduct thorough evaluations of patients from pediatric to geriatric cohorts using a blend of standardized assessments and observational methods.

Craft individualized treatment approaches targeting both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy interventions emphasizing language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing mechanisms.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to formulate cohesive care frameworks.

Provide education to patients and families to encourage progress outside the clinic environment.

Support inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, creating seamless continuity of care throughout each patient's journey.

Ensure precise and timely documentation that complies with all state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Commit to ongoing professional development, incorporating the latest advancements in the field through continuing education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Fulfillment of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for diverse ages, with a strong background in both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and collaborative care teams.

Flexibility to adapt therapeutic techniques to cater to a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
