Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary The Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of business processes for the RIA & Custody Services (RCS) division within Raymond James. Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or training to assist with a variety of operational procedures, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and workflow. Support will be offered through a variety of operational processes focused on billing and data entry. Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks focused on billing and data entry. Provide support to various departments, including RCS Service, RCS Finance, and RCS Client Engagement. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. Support the implementation of new systems and technologies as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ensure appropriate documentation and departmental tools are created and/or maintained (job procedures, job aids, forms, training material, etc.). Handle special projects as assigned. Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 1 year of internship experience or corporate professional experience. Manager is open to recent grads.
