Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and outcomes are optimized.

• Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategic approaches for complex bankruptcy cases.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advisement.

• Prepare and file necessary legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the bankruptcy process.

• Negotiate with creditors and other parties to reach favorable settlements for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide cutting-edge legal advice and representation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing 15-30 active bankruptcy cases from inception through completion.
• Ability to develop case strategies and provide leadership and direction to staff.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and consulting with clients and third parties effectively.
• Strong communication skills to cultivate relationships with the Firm's clients and participate in business development.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• At least three years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, and trustees.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a focus on building a long-term career with partnership opportunities.
