ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is home to a team of four. My journey with State Farm began long before that — I worked as a team member for eight years and come from a strong State Farm family. My father, uncles, and husband are all part of the organization, so becoming an agent was something I always knew I wanted to do.

I’m married with a two-year-old daughter, and we’re deeply rooted in the Prior Lake community. We stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce, support the high school and Savage area, and participate in multiple sponsorships throughout the year.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mandi Vote - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
