Salary: 12 000 gross UoP- to discuss other options What you will do: Support managers across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, internal moves, and offboarding Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people‑related questions Help coordinate and execute core people processes, such as performance review cycles, engagement activities, and talent initiatives Support senior Business Partners in handling employee relations cases Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and HR standards Support the implementation of people initiatives aligned with business and team needs Contribute to building efficient, scalable, and employee‑friendly people processes What We’re Expecting You To Have: At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or in a similar employee‑facing HR role Experience supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle: performance management, development, engagement, and employee relations, budget planning Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders Good knowledge of HR best practices, local employment law, and HR policies and procedures Confidence in handling routine employee relations matters and good judgment in identifying when escalation is required A proactive, hands‑on, and solution & business‑oriented mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and simplification of people processes Demonstrated experience identifying, implementing, or supporting HR process improvements, workflow automation, or digital HR initiatives Practical experience using AI‑powered tools to increase productivity, improve employee experience, or streamline HR activities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions would be considered an advantage) Comfort working with HR data, reports, dashboards, and people systems, with the ability to derive insights and support data‑driven decision‑making Interest in new technologies, digital transformation, and modern HR solutions Fluency in English & Polish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Professional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility.
