Account Manager CSR

Florence Filter is seeking an energetic and motivatedCustomer Service Representative to support our current customer base and provide them the best service possible. Responsibilities Customer communication Territory/Industry management CRM management Relationship building Problem solving Must Have Detail oriented Technology proficient Highlyautonomous Friendly, energetic personality Nice to have 1 year+ Experience in Sales/Marketing Additional languages Google Workspaceexperience Job Duties Manage a Territory/Industry of current customers Make Outbound Calls to customers for reorder Take inbound calls from customers and put in orders Update information in the CRM Track order status Build relationships with current customers Account Management (identifying customer’s buying cycles and following up at the right time) Performance based commission structure (uncapped commissions!) We contribute to half of the Medical/Dental costs of your plan if you choose to enroll Compensation structure Earn a percentage for New and Reactivation customers Residual commission for Existing/Recurring customer orders #J-18808-Ljbffr Florence Filter Corporation
