Position Summary Provide assistance and support with Adjoin’s Quality Assurance program & Outcome Measurement System by collecting documentation from each office, ensuring follow‑up is taking place within each office, and submitting Quality Assurance documentation to program management and the Quality Assurance Coordinator. Submit Quality Assurance documentation to program management and the Quality Assurance Coordinator. Monitor data quality via HMIS reports, repository reports, and internal records review. Maintain the Critical Incident Reports and follow‑ups, and submit them to program management and the Quality Assurance Coordinator. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports accurately and on time. Maintain an accurate and efficient internal records management system. Maintain professional working relationships with staff, HMIS administrators, technical assistance providers, and other external contacts. Monitor electronic and hard‑copy participant records through regular internal audit reviews. Maintain confidentiality of information per policies and procedures. Compile and submit survey responses to program management and the Quality Assurance Coordinator. Enter participant information into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Requirements Age 18 years or older. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and background check. Demonstrated computer literacy and capability to maintain well‑organized records. Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries as custodian of confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy in Excel, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases. Occasional travel to the Adjoin Imperial Valley Office. Certification in First‑Aid and CPR within 45 days of hire. Additional Qualifications Special aptitude for accuracy, confidentiality, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines.
