About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in both corporate finance and family office activities. The successful candidate will be a trusted financial advisor, providing strategic counsel to ownership and directly overseeing a wide range of financial operations, including complex accounting, investments, real estate, and multi-entity finances. This hands-on role requires the CFO to lead in areas such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close, as well as to manage treasury, liquidity, banking, debt, and cash-flow planning. The CFO will also be responsible for coordinating tax, audit, estate-planning, and compliance activities, and must be adept at advising on a variety of financial matters, from investments to risk management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a CPA being strongly preferred. Deep expertise in GAAP and full-cycle accounting is essential, as is proficiency in advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel. The role demands a professional who is highly discreet, hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in managing sophisticated banking, investment, real estate, and advisory relationships.
