About the Role

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, with a background in nonprofit, public sector, or education finance. The role demands a proven track record in partnering with executive leaders and boards to implement effective financial strategies, as well as strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, performance evaluation, and a commitment to building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The CFO must be adept at interpreting complex business data, translating it into actionable plans, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
