We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead Housekeeping and support Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Assistant General Manager and partnering closely with our Chief Engineer and F&B team. What You’ll Do Lead the daily operations of Housekeeping and support Front Desk Coach and develop a team focused on genuine, personal hospitality Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental budgets for Housekeeping and Front Desk Partner with our Chief Engineer and F&B team to keep the guest experience seamless Champion guest preference and personalization systems so every stay feels considered What You’ll Need 3+ years of hotel leadership, management, or supervisory experience, ideally in Housekeeping or Rooms Boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotel experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Comfort with hotel technology (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Job Type $60,000 annually | Full-time | New Orleans, LA Equal Opportunity Employer The Warbler is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
