Human Resources Operations Specialist

HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist On-site: Culver City, CA We’re seeking an experienced HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist to support employee lifecycle activities, complex HR transactions, and international mobility within a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding Process and troubleshoot HR transactions in Workday Manage employee and manager cases through ServiceNow Coordinate global mobility cases involving immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external mobility vendors Maintain accurate employee data and support process improvements Qualifications: 4+ years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Services experience Advanced hands-on Workday experience required Hands-on ServiceNow experience required Knowledge of global mobility, immigration, and relocation processes Strong case management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee matters Ideal for an HR professional who combines strong HR Operations experience with Workday expertise and hands-on Global Mobility knowledge. Compensation: $45 to $50 per hour Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
