What You ll Do

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions through examinations and diagnostic imaging
• Develop personalized treatment plans combining surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care and rehabilitation specialists
• Participate in on-call coverage to support patient needs
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with the latest surgical advancements
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CME activities

What You Need

• State of Vermont Medical License or eligible for licensing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• CPR certification
• Relevant orthopedic surgical experience, preferred but not mandatory
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and interpersonal skills
