Job Summary

As the leader of our Kitchen and Staff, you'll stay busy. Whether it's managing the people, placing the Supplier orders, cooking, ensuring a clean and productive environment. You will participate in making dough, prepping vegetables, or cleaning that spot behind the oven, we'll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you're needed. To thrive in this job, you must have previous experience working in a kitchen and working at and managing restaurants is preferred. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen. We'll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

Responsibilities

• You're on the move. You'll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You'll be managing, cooking, cleaning, stocking, and making sure the food goes out looking and tasting great, just to name a few tasks. You must be able to lift 3-40 lbs throughout your shift
• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You'll learn by doing
• Flexible hours that work with your life and growth opportunities for people who work hard to help the whole team succeed

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage people and take full control and ownership of the kitchen and staff
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
• Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
• Follow directions and create respectable menu items
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
