Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, integrating their feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
