Job Title: Technology Support Specialist 

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: Contract - 2–3 months with possible extension

Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist I to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in on-site end-user support, audio-visual systems, collaboration platforms, and asset management and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and AV issues while delivering timely, customer-focused service .

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for users working on-site, at client engagements, and off-site.
• Troubleshoot PC, Mac, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, prioritize work, and adhere to SLAs.
• Support Windows and macOS, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Audio Visual support for Surface Hubs, Crestron, Teams Rooms, and related AV equipment.
• Support additional technologies including Condeco, Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and peripherals such as speakers, cameras, monitors, and kiosks.
• Perform asset management including shipping, receiving, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Handle printer installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver event and meeting support on-site or off-site, including VIP/white-glove assistance.
• Provide remote hands support guided by the network operations team, including port checks, cable tracing, reboots, and device upgrades.
• Travel occasionally to support nearby locations, client sites, or events. Provide occasional after-hours support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting Surface Hubs, including configuration of display, audio, and network settings.
• Proficiency with Crestron systems for network, audio, and video troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, networking, and AV peripherals.
• ServiceNow ticket management with awareness of SLAs and prioritization practices.
• Customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of on-site technical support experience or a degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Condeco, Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and enterprise AV ecosystems.
• Experience providing VIP/white-glove support and event support.
