As a bartender at The PIZZERIA, you're not just serving drinks-you're creating an experience. Your role is crucial in setting the tone at our bar, ensuring every guest feels the warmth, fun, and hospitality of our brand.

• Strong multitasking skills-pouring drinks, taking orders, and keeping the bar running smoothly.

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who communicates effectively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and stays cool, calm, and collected during rushes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring they have an incredible experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service and a lively atmosphere.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is 11.35, tipped position.
