After serving more than 1.3 million customers and expanding into national retail, we're hiring driven, thoughtful people who want to help redefine how the world starts its day at scale.We are looking for a VP of Growth to own our full revenue engine across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and growth creative. This leader will architect and scale a modern, high-velocity growth system that blends data, storytelling, experimentation, and brand alignment.The VP of Growth will manage a team across paid media, CRO, and creative strategy. They will partner closely with Brand, CX, Finance, and Ops to drive predictable, profitable growth.This is a hands-on, strategic, high-tempo role for someone who has scaled a DTC business at $200M+ and knows how to win through creative testing, disciplined analytics, and cross-functional leadership.What You'll Own (responsibilities)Leadership & Cross-Functional OwnershipGrow and lead a high-performing team, focused on acquisition, creative strategy, analytics and forecasting, and conversion optimizationPartner with Brand, CX, Product, Ops, and Finance to keep the company alignedCreate a growth operating system: weekly sprints, ideation, creative cycles, and data reviewsPresent growth strategy and results to the Executive Team and BoardAcquisition (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google)Own performance strategy, daily pacing, and channel allocationHave experience across Meta, Google, AppLovin, CTV, Linear, Podcast, Influencer MarketingScale spend efficiently while maintaining CAC/MER targetsOwn paid media budget of $60M+/yearDevelop a testing roadmap for creative, audiences, landing pages, and offersBuild and manage a portfolio of evergreen winning adsCreative StrategyLead the creative strategy function for paid and organic growthPartner with Brand + Content Studio to generate 100s of new variations/weekDiagnose fatigue, hooks, scripts, pacing, and narrative performanceGuide creators and editors on what performs and whyAnalytics & ForecastingBuild and maintain CAC/LTV models, scenario plans, and revenue forecastsOwn Northbeam + platform attribution alignmentTurn insights into weekly testing and investment decisionsBuild dashboards that unify DTC + retail impactConversion Rate OptimizationOversee landing page testing, funnel optimization, and merchandising strategyPartner with Brand + Web to redesign and optimize PDPs and friction pointsRequirementsRequired12+ years in DTC growth, 4+ years in a senior leadership roleExperience managing $50M+ annual paid budgetsProven track record scaling a business from $150M ? $250M+Deep fluency in creative performance: hooks, concepts, variations, fatigue patternsExperience leading teams across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and CROStrong analytical skills and experience with Northbeam, GA4, or similar toolsAbility to translate insights into action quicklyHigh comfort operating in a founder-led, fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional communication skillsHigh integrity, humility, managed egoCPG or beverage experienceBonusExperience with retail media (Roundel, Instacart, Amazon)Experience working with large in-house content teamsStrong operator mindset: can build systems, not just run themPrior experience scaling subscription businessesWho You AreYou love fast-paced environments and creative experimentationYou're analytical, creative, and decisive — in that orderYou see the whole funnel, not just adsYou don't rely on agencies to do the thinking for youYou're obsessed with lifetime value, not just CACYou're a builder: systems, processes, dashboards, creative pipelinesYou thrive in partnership with brand and storytelling teamsYou're energized by scale and complexityYou want to join a rocket shipBenefitsCompensationCompetitive base, bonus, and equity packageComprehensive health, vision, dentalUnlimited PTORemote-friendly roleSeniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingJ-18808-Ljbffr
