NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager

Leading a remote sales team, the full-time NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager will recruit and develop talent, drive sales strategies for neurological and psychiatric markets, and manage regional performance to exceed sales goals. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing strategic direction and coaching Implement sales strategies to meet objectives and identify regional market opportunities Analyze sales data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards Required qualifications BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in sales management; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years Proven track record of successful sales performance and experience in complex environments Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to lead cross-functional teams Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong sales disposition and business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
