We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to fill a full-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. Serving a diverse student population, your expertise will impact students across a collaborative special education cooperative in the Yorkville, IL, region.

Your caseload will encompass students in various educational settings, allowing you to provide direct intervention and consultation services. Notably, you will collaborate with Nettle Creek’s general education learners (5 students), River’s Edge Academy (ED/BD—15 students), Saratoga Autism program (12 students + 3 consults), and the Transition Learning Center (5 students + 6 consults). Additional caseload specifics will be shared as they become available to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a school-based SLP in Illinois
• Previous experience supporting school-aged children, preferably in special education settings
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services based on individualized IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing caseload updates
• Foster positive, inclusive environments for all learners
