Vice President of Information Technology

Driving digital transformation and modernizing technology systems, the full-time Vice President of Information Technology will set and execute the enterprise IT strategy, ensuring operational excellence and cybersecurity while collaborating with executive leadership and managing a high-performing IT team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth agenda Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure reliability and security Establish cybersecurity policies and data governance frameworks to protect organizational systems and data Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role Deep expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise architecture Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle platforms M&A experience including due diligence, integration, and synergy realization
