About the Position

License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: Experience in emergency nursing and ER observation or medical/surgical telemetry. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room specialty. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or related areas. Candidates should possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS. The nurse will be responsible for caring for patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Duties include managing various critical care scenarios and providing high-quality patient care. Experience with charting systems, particularly electronic health record systems, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of clinical skills including accessing ports and managing arterial lines. Responsibilities also include monitoring patients on telemetry, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must be able to handle a high patient ratio and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. We are looking for someone who can complete credentialing processes in a timely manner. References from prior supervisors are required to complete the application process.
