Patient Services Manager Bring Your Hospitality Leadership to Healthcare We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an acute-care hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who knows how to create a great customer experience, build strong teams and deliver consistent service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotels, restaurants, senior living, healthcare or other high-touch service settings is strongly valued. What You'll Do Lead daily patient dining and meal-service operations Hire, train, coach and develop the Patient Services Team Create a welcoming, responsive experience for patients and families Partner with clinical teams to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met Drive patient satisfaction and service-recovery efforts Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation and sanitation Support department goals, quality-improvement programs and hospital initiatives Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient-rights policies and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Strong customer service and hospitality leadership background Experience managing and developing frontline teams Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills Foodservice management experience preferred Acute-care experience is helpful, but not required Associate degree with related experience or bachelor's degree in hospitality, foodservice management or a related field CDM, DTR or RD credential preferred ServSafe certification preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office, electronic medical records and diet-office systems Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
