Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure or certification
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload
• Comfortable attending meetings and documenting progress

Responsibilities and Core Duties:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students as directed by licensed SLPs
• Participate in eligibility meetings to discuss and assess student needs
• Assist with completing speech and language evaluations under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student growth
• Support ongoing documentation and data collection as needed
