PROJECT BILLING COORDINATOR
Location: NE Portland, OR | Onsite
Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
WHO THEY ARE
Our client is a long-established Pacific Northwest electrical contractor supporting complex commercial, industrial, utility, healthcare, and infrastructure projects throughout the region.


With decades of experience in the electrical industry, they've built their reputation around quality work, strong customer relationships, safety, and reliable project execution. They're looking for a Project Billing Coordinator who can work closely with their Project Management team and help keep the administrative and financial side of projects organized and moving forward.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up new jobs and maintain project information
• Prepare manpower curve reports
• Perform job cost reconciliation and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Assist with Cost to Complete preparation
• Prepare and distribute weekly reports
• Create accurate and timely customer invoices
• Monitor project progress and follow up with customers regarding payment
• Assist with job closeout
• Support Project Managers with contract administration, including:
  • Subcontracts
  • Change orders
  • Insurance certificates
  • Lien releases
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced billing environment
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects and billing on track

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• $25.00-$28.00/hour
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM-4:00 PM hours
• Consistent onsite position in NE Portland
• Opportunity to work closely with Project Management and support construction projects from setup through closeout

WHAT YOU NEED

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
• Minimum 1 year of construction or related industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong focus on accurate and timely customer billing
