We are currently hiring for roles across the following areas: Customer Service Representative — Supporting US clients via phone, email, or chat Sales Representative — Engaging prospects and converting leads Appointment Setter — Qualifying and scheduling leads for sales teams Lead Generation Specialist — Identifying and outreaching to potential clients Virtual Assistant / Admin Support — Operational and administrative support for business owners and teams What You\'ll Do Responsibilities vary by role and client assignment but typically include: Communicating professionally with customers, prospects, or clients on behalf of US-based businesses Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support Scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records Providing administrative and operational support including calendar management, data entry, and reporting Researching, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks across teams Using various business tools and platforms as required per client Qualifications Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (near-native fluency required) Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in any industry Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales, BPO, hospitality, etc.) is a strong advantage Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and online platforms Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Why Apply?
