XSI’s Cyber Range as a Service platform provides advanced, hands-on cybersecurity training and simulation environments tailored for various industries. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to lead the growth of our new Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) product. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution, with significant growth potential within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales and demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business. If you enjoy creating strategic partnerships, building meaningful customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, including government, military, academia, and private sectors.
• Develop multi-channel lead generation strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking).
• Present CRaaS capabilities and manage the entire sales process from lead to contract signing.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value.
• Monitor industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies.
