Account Executive We are currently seeking an Account Executive who will play an important role in supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional client service. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong research, communication, and organizational skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for executing project tasks, supporting senior team members, coordinating client activities, and contributing to the success and growth of the firm. As the Account Executive, you will: Execute tasks within project scope, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. Support senior staff while assisting and guiding Associate Account Executives (AAEs) on research projects and task execution. Conduct research, analyze information, and monitor traditional and social media to inform client work and identify emerging issues. Draft client deliverables and support media monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and communications initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day logistics and requests between clients and internal account teams while maintaining a strong client service mindset. Build knowledge of client priorities, industries, and current events to support strategic recommendations. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness. If you have the following, we want to hear from you: 2+ years of relevant experience in public affairs, public relations, communications, or a related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience conducting research and translating findings into actionable communications strategies. Experience supporting client communications, public affairs, or change management initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
