Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and prevalence of mood disorder symptoms in clients, enabling a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and circumstances, ensuring a client-centered approach at every step.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during sessions, adapting techniques as necessary to meet client needs.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Regularly monitor client progress through structured follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and responses to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
