You will focus on creating new business by reaching out to homeowners, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying circumstances where an owner may be considering a sale. Through regular prospecting and follow up, you will become more effective at understanding seller objectives, gathering relevant property details, and determining whether an opportunity could be a fit for active investors.

As part of your development, you will gain practical exposure to property evaluation, seller communication, negotiations, agreements, and the steps involved in moving an acquisition toward closing. Coaching, training, and established systems will provide structure as you improve your ability to manage leads and advance opportunities.

The goal is to help you create a repeatable approach to acquisitions that produces a steady pipeline of potential business. With consistent activity, you can expand your investor network, strengthen your market knowledge, and develop a valuable niche within investment real estate.
