AC Customer Service + Office Assistant

Hulett Environmental Services, Inc

7640 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33411, USA Overview Tasks vary from day to day, but examples of your main areas of responsibility will be: Answering phone calls with a friendly manner and getting our customers scheduled for service or installs Coordinating between our field technicians and our customers Working on permitting for our new AC installations and later, the related warranties Ordering supplies needed for our jobs Handling invoices and preparing customer payments for bank deposits What we're looking for A candidate who has successful work experience with general office support and enjoys keeping things organized and coordinated. Computer proficiency in Microsoft products, professional phone manner, well organized, attention to detail, eager to learn and contribute. A 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match Convenient location on Okeechobee Blvd, just off Florida’s Turnpike, just west of Jog Road Flexibility – we primarily need coverage in the afternoon until 5p.
