Core office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a structured schedule while allowing for a healthy work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine emotional and behavioral issues and create impactful treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining a safe space for clients during high-stress situations.

• Engage in collaborative communication with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies are in place.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely progress notes in accordance with department policies, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient data management.

• Participate in treatment planning meetings, contributing insights from psychosocial assessments to inform discharge planning and ongoing care.

• Build strong relationships with local community resource organizations, actively participating in meetings and committees to advocate for patients' social and mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes understanding cultural sensitivities and varying social backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is effective and relevant to each client's unique life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional counseling experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, particularly with remote counseling strategies and technologies.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
