Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and psychological well-being, including identifying symptoms and formulating clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to foster growth and resilience among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and resources for clients in acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
